Beth Hayes was a Green candidate for District 99 of the Indiana House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Hayes lost to Democratic incumbent Vanessa Summers by a margin of 9,526 to 214 in the November 2 general election. Republican candidate David Blank came in second with 3,955 votes, and Libertarian candidate John Meuser came in third with 322 votes.[2] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
