Beth S. Skidmore
Beth S. Skidmore was a Utah First Judicial District judge for the Richmond City Justice Court.[1] Skidmore was first appointed to this position in 1988[2] and retired in April 2009, due to age restrictions.[3]
Education
Skidmore was appointed to the Richmond City Justice Court in 1988. She has served in that position since. She has also served as district education chairman and as a Certified Social Worker.[2]
