Betty F. Matthews is a probate judge for Williamsburg County, South Carolina.[1] She was elected to the court on November 6, 2012. She won re-election to a second term unopposed in the general election on November 8, 2016.[2][3]
Biography
Matthews received her high school diploma from C.E. Murray High School in 1983 and studied at the University of South Carolina-Columbia. Before she became a probate judge for Williamsburg County, Matthews served as an associate probate judge for the court from 1998 to 2012.[2]
