Beverly Cutler was a superior court judge for the Third Judicial District in Alaska. She retired after 32 years of service in September of 2009 and was replaced by Gregory L. Heath.[1]
Education
Cutler earned her B.A. from Stanford University and her J.D. from Yale University in 1974.[2]
Career
- 1982-2009: Judge, Alaska Superior Court in Palmer
- 1977-1982: Judge, Anchorage District Court
- 1975-1977: Attorney in private practice
2004 retention
Judge Cutler was recommended for retention in 2004 by The Alaska Judicial Council.[3]
