Beverly Harrison
Beverly Harrison (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Virginia House of Delegates to represent District 15. She lost in the general election on November 5, 2019.
Biography
Harrison earned a bachelor's degree in developmental psychology from George Mason University. Harrison’s professional experience includes working as a child care center development consultant on multiple federal projects and as a health educator with teenagers and college students. Harrison served as a parent ambassador to the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Young Scholars program, on her community’s local advisory committee for gifted education, and on the VAratifyERA Shenandoah and state campaigns that worked towards Virginia’s ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment.[1]
