Bianca Rucker
Bianca Rucker is a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern And Western Districts of Arkansas. Rucker assumed office on April 25, 2021. Rucker's current term ends on April 22, 2035.
Education
Rucker earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, in 2003 and a J.D. from the UALR William H. Bowne School of Law in 2006.[1]
