William H. Brogan
William H. Brogan was a judge on the 12th District Court, Division 4.[1] Brogan resigned from the court on May 24, 2013.[2][3]
Education
Judge Brogan attended Colorado State University for his Bachelor of Science and the University of New Mexico for his J.D.[4]
2010 election
Brogan narrowly defeated incumbent David I. Rupp in the Republican primary, winning 51.4% of the vote. He ran unopposed in the general election receiving 100% of the vote.[5]
