Carle earned a bachelor's degree from California State University-Chico in 1977 and a J.D. from the University of California-Berkley in 1980. Currently an attorney with Carle, Mackie, Power & Ross, he focuses on business, land use and winery law, and commercial and civil litigation.[1]
