Bill Carter is the judge for associate judge of the 34th Circuit Court in Pemiscot County, Missouri.[1] He was elected on November 4, 2014, to a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Primary: He was successful in the Democratic primary on August 5, 2014, receiving 51.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Daniel S. Cornacchione, Sr.
General: He defeated David Wiegert in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 72.0 percent of the vote. [1]
