Bill Caul
Bill Caul was a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing District 99 from 2005 to 2011.
Rep. Caul earned a bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's College and a master's degree in special education from Michigan State University. Bill was also certified as director of special education from MSU in 1987. Bill and his wife Sandy moved to Mount Pleasant 42 years ago. They have three children and four grandchildren. Bill was born September 2, 1942.
Caul previously served on the Mount Pleasant City Commission.
