Bill Clinton Young
Bill Young was a 2016 Democratic candidate for Missouri Secretary of State.[1] He was defeated in the primary election by retired news anchor Robin Smith[2]
Previously, he was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 27 of the Missouri House of Representatives.[3]
