Bill Feehan (b. July 17, 1960) was a 2012 Republican candidate for District 32 of the Wisconsin State Senate.

After working in the bar and restaurant scene for a number of years, Bill entered the world of business in 1988, founding Top Turf Lawn Care Company in Chanhassen, Minn. In 1992 he graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, one of the nation’s top ten psychology programs, with a focus on employee engagement.

Carrying on a bit of a family tradition, he started Headliner’s Bar & Grill in Mound, Minnesota in 1993. In 1996, he put his foodservice experience to use as the in-house representative for Unilever with Reinhart Foods in La Crosse. He was promoted three times over the next several years, becoming regional account manager with Unilever. Most recently he’s managed business with regional food service chains. He’s earned several recognitions as an outstanding employee over the years.

Bill married Sue Kolve on June 12, 2004. Two years later, the two combined their entrepreneurial talents and founded Big Dreams, LLC and The Salon Professional Academy, which opened in September of 2006. In June 2011, Bill and Sue founded The Studio by Sue Kolve, the third successful business in the group they have built into a popular and well-known enterprise.

Feehan is affiliated with the following organizations; La Crosse County Board Supervisor, La Crosse County Health and Human Services Board, La Crosse County Criminal Justice Management Council, City of La Crosse Municipal Parking Utility, and La Crosse County Republican Party (Chairman).

Feehan ran in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Senate, District 32.[1] He ran unopposed in the August 14 Republican primary and was defeated by incumbent Jennifer Shilling (D) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2]
