Bill Finney
Bill Finney is a former member of the St. Paul City Council in Minnesota, representing Ward 7. [1] He was appointed by the city council on February 18, 2015, to replace Councilwoman Kathy Lantry. He took office on February 27 and his term expired on December 31, 2015.[2]
