Bill Henry is the judge of the 428th District Court in Texas.[1] He was appointed to this position in September 2005 by Governor Rick Perry.[2] He was re-elected after running unopposed on November 4, 2014, for a term beginning on January 1, 2015, and expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]

Education

Henry received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law.[2]

Career

Henry is currently a judge on the 428th District Court. Prior to being appointed to the bench by Governor Rick Perry, Henry was an assistant attorney general for the state of Texas. He has also worked in private practice and served as assistant district attorney for Hays County.[2]
