Bill Horne was a Democratic candidate for District 86 of the Ohio House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Horne defeated Laura Curliss in the May 4th Democratic primary by a margin of 2,110 to 1,605. Horne was defeated in the November 2 general election by Cliff Rosenberger (R).[2]
