Bill Marker (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Baltimore City Council to represent District 10 in Maryland. Marker lost in the Democratic primary on June 2, 2020.
Marker was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 40 of the Maryland House of Delegates.[1]

Elections for the Maryland House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Antonio Hayes and incumbents Frank M. Conaway, Jr. and Barbara A. Robinson defeated incumbent Shawn Z. Tarrant, Douglas R. Barry, Marvin "Doc" Cheatham, Quianna M. Cooke, Rob "Bobby" LaPin, Bill Marker and Timothy Mercer in the Democratic primary and were unopposed in the general election. Tarrant re-entered the race as a write-in candidate.[2][3][4]
