Bill McCaskill
William N. "Bill" McCaskill was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 78 of the North Carolina House of Representatives.
Biography
McCaskill graduated from East Carolina University in 1972. He spent 32 years as a social worker and working with emotionally disturbed children.[1]
