Bill McCoy
Bill McCoy was a judge for District 358 in Texas.[1] He was appointed to the bench in 1985. His final term expired in January 2015, and McCoy retired from the court at that time. He was replaced on the bench by Stacy Trotter.[2]

McCoy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas-El Paso and his J.D. from Baylor University.[3]
