Biography
Bill Roth was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He earned a high school diploma from Aquinas High School, a bachelor's degree from Marquette University in 1987, and a graduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1993. His career experience includes working as a computer programmer.[1]
