My name is Bill Roth and I am running for Santa Clara Valley Water District. I am a 30+ resident of Santa Clara Valley, and I have raised my children here. I've worked in High-Tech as both a software engineer and a marketer.

My water experience comes from 15 years of working on water systems in Nicaragua. My financial experience comes from working on the finance and audit committees of some of the largest nonprofits in Santa Clara County.
