Bill Spence
Bill Spence was a member of the Gilbert City Council in Arizona. He assumed office on March 24, 2020. He left office on December 31, 2020.
Spence ran for election to the Gilbert City Council in Arizona. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Spence was appointed to the council by its members on March 17, 2020, to replace Eddie Cook.[1]
Biography
Spence is a retired Naval lieutenant commander who spent the majority of his time at sea during his military career. He retired in 2010 and has served as the vice president of his homeowners association since then.[1][2]
