Bill Tilghman
Bill Tilghman was a 2014 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 1st Congressional District of Maryland.[1][2][3] He lost to incumbent Andrew Harris in the general election on November 4, 2014.[4] He beat out John LaFerla for the nomination in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014.[5]
