Bill Vermillion Jr. is a former Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky in the 2011 elections.

Vermillion is from Bracken County, Kentucky. After graduating from high school in 1979, Vermillion served in the Navy for 30 years, stationed around the country as well as in Iraq and Afghanistan. While serving in the Navy, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and was also ordained as a minister. He is a high school teacher in Louisville.[1]

Career

Bill Vermillion, Jr. was a Republican candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky in the 2011 elections, sharing a ticket with Barbara Holsclaw. They placed last in the primary held on May 17, 2011.
