Biography

Billy Clark was born in Waco, Texas. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1992 to 2014. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1999, a graduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2005, and a law degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas, College of Law, in 2017. Clark's career experience includes working as an attorney, an assistant professor of aerospace studies, and a senior aerospace science instructor. He has been affiliated with the Dallas Bar Association, the American Society for Public Administration, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.[1]

-Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from The University of Oklahoma in 2005; -Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The University of North Texas Dallas College of Law in 2017; -Practices law at his own firm, The Clark Law Firm, PLLC with principle office location in Dallas County; -Prior to becoming an attorney, he served in the United States Air Force for 22-years, retiring at the Rank of Major; -During the U.S. Air Force, he held various positions such as: Rated Aviator, Director of Operations, Commander, Asst. Professor of Aerospace Studies, and many other operational and leadership duties.

-Billy has received multiple awards and decorations such as the Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Air Force Achievement Medal;
