Billy Garrett (Republican Party) is a member of the South Carolina State Senate, representing District 10. He assumed office on November 9, 2020. His current term ends on November 13, 2028.
Garrett (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the South Carolina State Senate to represent District 10. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Billy Garrett was born in Williamston, South Carolina. Garrett earned a B.A. from Lander University in 1978 and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 1983. His career experience includes working with The Garrett Law Firm and a circuit and family court mediator with The Greenwood Mediation Center.[1]
