Incumbent Rupert Phillips, Jr. and Ralph Rodighiero defeated incumbent Ted Tomblin and David Graham in the Democratic primary. Gloria Meadows was unopposed in the Republican primary, but did not appear on the general election list of candidates. Rodighiero and Phillips defeated Larry Rogers (I) in the general election.[1][2]
