Black Bear Entertainment LLC was a group that was in favor of a casino referendum in the state of Maine that was designed to allow for the operation of a casino in Oxford County, Maine. The measure was put on the November 2010 ballot and was approved.[1] Peter Martin was the spokesperson for the organization.[2]
