A Black Jack Fire Protection District Levy Increase, Proposition P proposition was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in St. Louis County, which is in Washington, where it was approved.
This proposition authorized the Black Jack Fire District to increase the annual property tax rate from $.10 to $.25 per $100 of assessed valuation in order to fund the pension program.[1]

“ | Shall the Board of Directors of the Black Jack Fire Protection District be authorized to increase the annual tax rate from ten (10) cents to twenty-five (25) cents per one hundred (100) dollars valuation, the revenues from which shall be deposited in a special fund used only for the pension program of the District? | ” |
