A Blanchard/Santa Paula Public Library District Appropriations Limit, Measure L ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the Blanchard/Santa Paula Public Library District in Ventura County, where it was approved.
Measure L increased the appropriations (spending) limit for the Blanchard Community Library to $500,000 above the Gann limit from July 1, 2010 through the date of June 30, 2014.
