Biography
Blane Miller III was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland. He graduated from Havre de Grace High School and went on to serve in the United States Navy until 2001. His professional experience includes working as a high-speed photographer, working as a deep-water technical diver, and owning a construction consulting firm.[1]
