A Bloom Township Ambulance Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Wood County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Township of Bloom to impose a replacement property tax levy of 0.6 mills ($0.6 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund ambulance services.[1]
