A Blue Rock Township Cemetery Levy Renewal measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Blue Rock which is in Muskingum County.

This measure sought to renew the current cemetery levy which is set at a rate of .4 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for maintenance and operational costs of cemeteries in the township.[2]
