This measure authorized the City of Blue Springs to make a water purchase contract with the Tri-County Water Authority to proved water services to the city. The cost of these water services are to be paid solely from revenue from the waterworks and sewer system.[1]

“ | Shall the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, be authorized to enter into a water purchase contract with Tri-County Water Authority for the purpose of providing water and water services to the City, the cost of said water and water services to be paid solely from the revenues derived from the operation of its combine waterworks sewerage system, including all future extensions and improvements thereto?
