Bob Andersen (Republican Party) is a member of the Nebraska State Senate, representing District 49. He assumed office on January 8, 2025. His current term ends on January 3, 2029.
Andersen ran for election to the Nebraska State Senate to represent District 49. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Bob Andersen was born in Tiffin, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1982 to 2003. He graduated from Seaholm High School in 1981. He earned an associate degree in interpreting and translating Russian from the Community College of the Air Force in 1988 and a bachelor's degree in business management from Peru State College in 2002. His career experience includes working as a defense contractor, small business owner, Russian linguist, and signals analyst.[1]
