My first job was working for the Executive Office of the President- Office of Economic Oportunity. I wanted Hill experience and worked for Congressman Burt Talcott as his Special Projects Director. I WOKE up to politics when I got elected Class President in high-school. I began working in campaigns, the first was in a impossible Congressional race . We were out numbered two and a half to one. Election night candidate Victor V. Veysey didthe impossible wining by 630 votes. I grew up in the foster care system living in 22 befor high-school. Enough, I attended a co-ed boarding high-school; Monterey Bay Academy. Possible because students worked and I could pay my way. College, I attended Loma Linda University. Again, by working I graduated with 2 majors and no debt. Graduating I became Director of the ACT House runaways program. I am a historic preservation specialist. Also, working for the Office of the President and on CapitolHill I know my way around Washington DC.
