Bob Carroll is the judge of the 40th District Court in Texas.[1] He was re-elected without opposition in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[2]

Carroll received his bachelor's degree in business administration from University of Toledo and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law.[5]
Career
Prior to joining the bench, Carroll practiced law as an attorney for 25 years. He also served as both judge for the Ellis County Court at Law and the City of Oak Municipal Court.[5]
