Bob Harden is a member of the Garden Grove Unified Board of Education in California, representing Trustee Area 4. He assumed office in 2018. His current term ends on December 11, 2026.
Harden won re-election to the Garden Grove Unified Board of Education to represent Trustee Area 4 in California outright after the general election on November 8, 2022, was canceled.
Harden was previously an at-large member from 1994 to 2018.[1][2]
Biography
Bob Harden earned his bachelor's degree in radio and television from California State University at Long Beach and, as of 2014, had taken courses in project management from the University of California at Irvine. His professional experience includes working as a computer consultant for the Harden Group LLC. Harden was previously a member of the City of Garden Grove General Plan Advisory Committee.[1][3]

Two at-large seats on the Garden Grove Unified School District Board of Education were up for general election on November 4, 2014. No challengers filed to run for a seat, leaving incumbents Lan Quoc Nguyen and Bob Harden to run unopposed for re-election. They won the election by default.

Funding
Harden filed Form 470 with the Orange County Registrar of Voters, indicating he did not intend to raise or spend more than $1,000 for his 2014 campaign. Because of this, he did not have to file any additional campaign finance reports.[4]
