Bob Johnson (b. October 23, 1963) is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 18 from 2001 to 2011. He served as Senate President Pro Tempore from 2009 to 2011.

Johnson served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1994 to 2000.
