Bob Schwartz was a district court judge in the Second Judicial District of New Mexico.[1] He was appointed to the court in 2008, and died on November 12, 2012.[2]
Death
Schwartz had initially been hospitalized following sustaining a broken leg while doing yard work. He was making progress toward returning to work, but contracted pneumonia during his recovery and subsequently succumbed to the illness.[2]
