Bob Smith, Georgia Representative
Bob Smith (b. January 21, 1953) is a former Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 113 from 1999 to 2011. He switched from the Democratic to Republican Party in 1979. Smith did not seek re-election in 2010.
Biography
Smith's professional experience includes working as a Real Estate Broker with Oconee Properties, Incorporated and a Real Estate Broker/Appraiser with Smith, Rawlins and Associates.
He is a member of the Oconee County Arts Foundation Board, Oconee County Chamber of Commmerce, Oconee County Rotary Club, Ashford Memorial Methodist Church, Athens Technical College Foundation Board, Athens Area Board of Realtors, Clarke-Oconee Cattlemen's Association, Heartland Institute Board of Legislative Advisors and was a founding member of the Oconee County Relay for Life Organization.[1]
