Bob Smith (Democratic Party) is a member of the New Jersey State Senate, representing District 17. He assumed office in 2002. His current term ends on January 11, 2028.
Smith (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the New Jersey State Senate to represent District 17. He won in the general election on November 7, 2023.
Smith was a member of the New Jersey General Assembly from 1986 to 2001 and served as deputy minority leader.[1]
Biography
Smith earned his B.A. in history from the University of Scranton, his M.S. degrees in chemistry from the University of Scranton and environmental science from Rutgers University, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.[2] His professional experience includes working as an attorney for his law firm, Bob Smith and Associates.
