I’m Bob White, a fourth-generation Floridian dedicated to serving my community and standing up for the values that make Florida great. For 38 years, I’ve called Brevard County home, and during that time, I’ve worked to strengthen our community through leadership and public service. As Chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida, I’ve championed the principles of liberty, limited government, and individual rights. My hands-on experience in public service includes roles on local boards and task forces, where I’ve tackled issues like affordable housing and responsible development. I’m running to ensure our state remains a place where families can thrive and freedom is protected for generations to come.
Addressing illegal immigration is a top priority, as the strain on our resources and infrastructure threatens the character of our state. Additionally, I’m focused on tackling inflation, which has made life more challenging for working families, and resolving Florida’s ongoing insurance crisis, which has left many unable to afford basic coverage. Housing and development policies are also key areas of focus. I’ll fight against overdevelopment that undermines our communities and advocate for smarter, locally-driven solutions to housing challenges.
My father. He was the epitome of character, honesty, determination and humility.
"Liberty Defined" by Ron Paul. "The Case Against Socialism" by Rand Paul. "Nullification ... How to Resist Federal Tyranny in the 21st Century" by Thomas E. Woods, Jr. "Crimes of the Educators" by Alex Newman. "In Pursuit of Reason ... The Life of Thomas Jefferson" by Noble E. Cunningham, Jr.
Honesty, Character and a commitment to Constitutional integrity; both the US Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Florida. A commitment to Personal Liberty, Limited Government and Free Markets. A commitment to state and personal sovereignty.
Honesty and Integrity. Self determination and a strong work ethic.
Government’s role is to serve the people, not control them.
The assassination of President Kennedy. I was seven years old and in the 2nd grade.
The Legislative Branch which is the branch closest to the people should be the strongest of the three branches of government. This is what the Founders had in mind when drafting the US Constitution. The idea of three co-equal branches of government is a myth. The Founders never intended this. The same should hold true at the state level. Too often, the legislative branch is overshadowed by the executive branch.
Over development resulting in depletion of natural resources, particularly water, and additional strain on other infrastructure.
Always! The ability to communicate the needs of the constituents in your district depends on it.
It's all about service. If an opportunity presented itself where I could have a greater opportunity to enhance the quality of life of the people of Florida I would consider it. But it's not something that would ever drive my decision making as a member of the Florida House.
Campaign Finance Reform. Prohibiting Political Committees from making contributions to each other. The second would be to establish a joint legislative committee on Constitutional Enforcement and Nullification.
My campaign has been endorsed by Congressman Bill Posey, Congressman Byron Donalds and Former Congressman Ron Paul, Former State Representatives Joel Rudman, Mike Beltran, Matt Caldwell, Anthony Sabatini, Mike Hill, Spencer Roach, and Frank White. Brevard Property Appraiser Dana Blickley. Brevard Tax Collector Lisa Cullen. Brevard Clerk of Court Rachel Sadoff. Former Brevard Clerk and County Commissioner Scott Ellis.

Additionally, I’ve received the endorsements of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida, Gun Owners of America of Florida, the National Association of Gun Rights, and Born to Ride 45.
Budget, Ways and Means, Education, Agriculture and I would propose the establishment of a new committee on Constitutional Enforcement and Nullification.
Both can be defined by the single issue of Campaign Finance Reform. Allowing Political Committees to receive unlimited contributions and then make contributions to other political committees and ultimately to political committees controlled by incumbents and candidates amounts to the "legal laundering of campaign cash". These contributions come primarily from special interests being regulated by the legislature or with business before the legislature. This practice makes it impossible for citizens to understand how campaigns for political office are being financed and where the money is coming from.
