Bobby Badon
Bobby Badon is a former Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives. He represented the 39th District from 2008 to 2012.
Badon is a business owner. He is a member of the Acadiana Delegation, Democratic Caucus, and Louisiana Rural Caucus.[1]

On August 2, 2011, Badon announced he would not seek re-election, stating, "After long thought, deep discussions with my family and friends, and some prayer, I have decided that I will not seek re-election as State Representative for House District 39. My term in the Louisiana House of Representatives ends in January."[2]
2007
In 2007, Badon was elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives. He defeated Raymond Lalonde.[3]

DWI arrest

On the night of January 18, 2010 Badon was pulled over by State Police and taken to Troop I Headquarters. He submitted a breath sample, showing a blood alcohol content of .125, well over the limit of .08. Badon was issued a misdemeanor citation for first offense DWI and improper lane use.[4]
