Bobby DeLaughter was a circuit court judge in Mississippi for District 7 serving Hinds County. He was officially removed from the bench by the Mississippi Supreme Court in 2010.[1]
DeLaughter pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice on July 30, 2009 and was sentenced to serve 18 months in prison.[2][3]
