Bobby Howell
Bobby B. Howell (b. December 23, 1941) was a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 46 from 1992 to 2016. He did not run for re-election to the state House in 2015.
Biography
Howell's professional experience includes working as a registered pharmacist and owner of R.Ph., Kilmichael Drugs, Inc.[1] He also previously served as the mayor of Kilmichael from 1969 to 1991.
