Running for office is personal to me—with the clothes on my back and a dream, I came to America at the age of 19 to attend Michigan State. Buying and selling textbooks was my first business in America. Three years later, I sold the business to purchase my first grocery store, employing three people. Today, I own nine grocery stores, providing a livelihood for more than 500 families. If that is not the power of America, then I don’t know what is! With God’s help, America has given me the opportunity to have a beautiful family, a successful business, and to live free. I will represent the people of Central Florida with the same energy and commitment that characterizes me as a successful businessman. My mission is to protect the power and beauty of America at all costs so that everyone before and after me will have the same opportunities to accomplish their dreams.
  • As your state senator I will eliminate tolls, lower prescription prices, cut unnecessary regulations, lower taxes, and help small business grow which will create more jobs.
  • As an immigrant who has gone through the naturalization process, I understand the proper way our immigration system should operate. But open borders that allow career criminals, human smugglers, and fentanyl to flood our communities is not how it should work. As your state senator I will fight for policies that will eliminate illegal immigration, which Biden and his administration has allowed.
  • Homeowner insurance premiums continue to rise. People have less insurance options and can’t afford the crippling increases of the ones available.Bowen will provide tax relief and expand the insurance market to increase competition via the free market system.
People shouldn't have to chose between their medication and food on the table. During one of my grocery store openings, an elderly lady approached the register and began to sort through items based on what she could and could not afford. As a chain grocery store owner, I see this becoming normal.

Americans are paying 3 times, if not more, for the exact prescription drugs compared to Europeans. I will propose a bill to enable Florida pharmacies to import drugs from the European Union. By introducing real competition and transparency, it will save Floridians up to 70% on prescriptions.

I will make it a top priority to protect our seniors, who have been hit very hard by the struggling economy. By passing targeted tax relief, we can help ease the financial burden on essentials like food, fuel, and medication, and ensure that our seniors can live with dignity and security.

I will represent the people of Central Florida with the same energy and commitment that characterizes me as a successful businessman. America was built by entrepreneurs, not politicians.
Buying and selling textbooks on campus was my first job. Three years later, I sold it to purchase my first grocery store.
