A Boynton Beach City Voting Districts Amendment question was approved on the March 12, 2013 election ballot in Palm Beach County, which is in Florida.
This measure amended the Boynton Beach City Charter to provide for the designation of geographic boundaries for voting districts every ten years instead of every four years.[1]

“ | PROVIDE FOR DESIGNATION OF GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES FOR VOTING DISTRICTS EVERY TEN (10) YEARS.
The current City Charter provides for the designation of geographic boundaries for each voting district every four (4) years. Shall the Charter be amended to provide for the designation of geographic boundaries for voting districts commencing ninety (90) days after the issuance of the 2020 census report and every ten (10) years thereafter? YES |
