- Basically, I'm here to listen, learn, and collaborate with other council members and Springfield residents to make this a community that works for all of us. I believe that we're stronger together than we are separately.
- I would love to increase community engagement and build the identity of a Springfield resident. We're a small town, but we have a lot to offer. I would like to lead efforts to get the neighborhood more involved in local government and making their voices heard.
- We're in a great spot with an easy commute to Battle Creek, Marshall, Portage, Kalamazoo, and more. If we can encourage and incentivize affordable housing and promote our town well, we may be able to attract more residents who are looking for a quiet home to return to after working in larger cities.
