Brad Overcash (Republican Party) is a member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 43. He assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2027.
Overcash (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the North Carolina State Senate to represent District 43. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Brad Overcash lives in Belmont, North Carolina. Overcash earned a B.A. in political science from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a J.D. from the University of Mississippi. His career experience includes working as an attorney in private practice.[1] Overcash was the vice chairman for the Gaston County Republican Party, chairman of the 10th Congressional District Republican Party, and treasurer for the North Carolina Republican Party. He also served on the Gaston County Family Advisory Board and as the Gaston College Board of Trustees chairman.[2]
