Redondo Beach thrives when collaboration, civility, and innovation work toward a common goal. I am running for City Council to ensure our community flourishes while addressing challenges with resident-focused solutions.

As a 38-year resident, 36-year homeowner, and Redondo Beach business owner, I have dedicated decades to improving Redondo Beach.

I have served on the General Plan Advisory Committee, the Green Task Force, Redondo Beach School Board, SoCal Regional Occupational Center Board, and all levels of the PTA from local through national.

These varied experiences prepared me for the responsibilities of City Council. I have a plan for a solutions-driven approach to governance:

- Ensure Safe Neighborhoods by protecting our best-in-class police and fire departments;
- Improve City Services by supporting local businesses and attracting new investment to bolster city revenue;
- Prioritize Your Quality of Life by improving infrastructure, parks, community spaces, and our parkway tree canopy; and
- Conduct City Business with transparency, civility, and respect for every stakeholder.
We can preserve the charm of Redondo Beach while enjoying a sustainable, vibrant future. I humbly ask for your vote to build a better tomorrow for us all.
  • Economic Development and Revenue Growth: To sustain and enhance the services we all value, I will focus on attracting and retaining high-quality businesses that align with our community's character. By growing our city’s revenue base through thoughtful economic development, we can ensure funding for our top-tier police, fire departments, and infrastructure. This approach not only boosts our economy but also creates jobs and strengthens our small-business community, keeping Redondo Beach vibrant and financially secure for generations to come.
  • Collaborative Governance for a Flourishing Community: Redondo Beach thrives when collaboration and civility drive decision-making. As a lifelong resident, I’ve dedicated my career to serving our city, from the School Board to local and national PTA leadership. I will bring this experience to City Council, fostering respectful dialogue, innovative solutions, and inclusive leadership. My goal is to unite our community around common goals that improve quality of life and ensure Redondo Beach remains a place where families and businesses can thrive.
  • Quality of Life and Transparent Governance: I will prioritize investments in parks, community spaces, and infrastructure to enrich our city’s livability while preserving its charm. By expanding our parkway tree canopy and improving public spaces, we can create a more sustainable, beautiful city for all. Transparency and respect will guide every decision, ensuring open communication with residents and stakeholders. Together, we can foster a culture of trust and accountability while building a better future for Redondo Beach families.
I am passionate about public policies that enhance quality of life, foster economic growth, and ensure sustainability. My priorities include supporting public safety by maintaining top-tier police and fire services, improving infrastructure and community spaces, and expanding our parkway tree canopy for environmental and aesthetic benefits. I’m deeply committed to policies that attract and retain quality businesses to grow city revenue, enabling us to fund vital services and preserve Redondo Beach’s charm. Transparency and resident-focused governance are at the heart of all my policy goals.
My responsibilities are to represent the entire city. I will be most responsive to active in my district, but we are one city and we need to make decisions that are best for the entire city. This includes the residents and the businesses who power the economic health of our city.

I will hold regular office hours, answer every call, email, and message, and ensure residents are heard.
The first historical event I remember is the Apollo 11 mission, with the first men landing on the moon in 1969. I was glued to the TV screen watching the launch, the lunar landing, and finally the moonwalk. This was awe-inspiring and left a lasting impression on me. It ignited my fascination with science, exploration, and the boundless possibilities of human achievement—an experience that has stayed with me throughout my life and influenced my interest in Astrophysics, and ultimately my degree in Physics.

Financial transparency and government accountability are fundamental to building trust with residents and ensuring effective governance. I believe every taxpayer dollar should be carefully managed and openly accounted for, with clear reporting on how funds are allocated and spent. Transparency must extend to every aspect of decision-making, with opportunities for public input and accessible communication. As a City Council member, I will prioritize accountability by fostering open dialogue, implementing efficient oversight, and ensuring policies reflect the best interests of our community.
