Bradley Crowell is an officeholder of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He assumed office on August 2, 2022.
He was appointed to the position by Governor Brian Sandoval (R) on October 21, 2016, and assumed office on December 12, 2016. Crowell succeeded former officeholder Leo Drozdoff, who stepped down on September 6, 2016.[1][2]
Crowell resigned as the Nevada Director of Conservation and Natural Resources in July 2022 after he was appointed to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
Biography
Crowell worked as a legislative aide for the Natural Resources Defense Council from 2004 to 2007. He went on to serve as a senior policy advisor to U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) from 2007 to 2010. He transitioned to the role of assistant secretary for congressional and intergovernmental affairs with the U.S. Department of Energy in 2010, where he remained until his appointment as Nevada director of conservation and natural resources in 2016.[3]

Crowell was appointed Nevada director of conservation and natural resources by Governor Brian Sandoval (R) on October 21, 2016, and assumed office on December 12, 2016. Crowell succeeded former officeholder Leo Drozdoff, who stepped down on September 6, 2016.[1][2]
Governor Sandoval stated that Crowell "has a strong foundation in natural resources, energy and conservation management."[4]
